Hyland Creek Design & Build is a family owned Design and Build company operated by a life-partner team. Most often referred to as a dynamic duo extremely passionate about what they do. They offer a client-driven Architectural Design and Drafting Service with a full turnkey interior renovation division.

Jennifer the Principal Designer has over 15 years experience working within commercial and residential design and construction. She offers extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and excels at interior space planning and material selections. With all design finishing aspects of your project in mind Jenny’s design assets will lead you from the initial design stage into the permit process, and onto the full completion of the build.

Steven, the Senior Contractor, also a former independent company owner who has 15+ years on the tools. Along with his many years of project management skills he assists with the project planning stage and oversees all aspects of the build. Due to Steve’s high attention to detail and his hands on approach he effectively manages and coordinates all trades associated with the project while actively working on the sites himself.
