Design Phase

Hyland Creek Design Build firmly believes the Design Phase is the most important part in transitioning into a smooth stress-free Build and if we execute your project Hyland Creek will credit your design back 100%.

Design is the first and far the most important and valuable step planning for any type of renovation. This is really where the time should be spent accurately planning the design, sourcing and selecting all the finishing materials etc.. It’s extremely important because it aids with securing more of an accurate budget line to execute the build cost efficiently.

Upon signing the Design Contract a site visit will be scheduled. During this time we will conduct a thorough walk-through to obtain all necessary dimensions and gather notes on existing site conditions. We will consult on the “vision” of the project and discuss all wants and needs.

Sometimes what our clients envision doesn't always realistically work with the budgets they have in mind; this is where our experience and expertise fall into place. We will work closely with our clients to offer any suggestions and make adjustments that work more within the range of their budgets.

Preliminary Designs are then presented and reviewed with the client in much detail. Proposed material selections and the design package are presented and design ideas expressed. We will spend time making revisions if needed and/or schedule additional field visits to the suppliers if requested.

Build Phase

After the design plan and finishing materials are approved and all required permits are obtained we will then confirm your project schedule start date and site preparations can begin.
